A delicious, soft Hot Cross Bun full of plump Australian fruit with a subtle spice flavour.  Hot cross buns sold freshly baked, they can also be frozen and heated in the oven or microwave for a warm fresh Hot Cross Bun at your convenience. 

INGREDIENTS: Gluten Free Flour (rice, modified tapioca starch (1442), potato starch), water, sultanas, sugar, currants, canola oil (GMO free), guar gum, salt, yeast, spices. 


 INSTRUCTIONS:  To increase shelf life, freeze for 6 months.  For a fresh Hot Cross Bun, bake at 180 Celsius for approximately 11 - 14 minutes or microwave on high for approx 30 seconds.  Enjoy!
