For those on a more restricted diet, this contains 100% rice flour and rice bran oil. This loaf is frozen from fresh and will have defrosted when you receive your delivery. Refreeze immediately on receiving delivery.  Available fresh for orders of 6 loaves or more.

INGREDIENTS:  Rice Flour, Water, Rice Bran Oil, Sugar, Guar Gum, Salt, Yeast.

STORAGE:   To increase shelf life, refrigerate for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 4 months.  Warm in the microwave to freshen.
