Try this yummy Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel and serve with fresh garden salad.
- 2 x Chicken Breast
- 1 packet of Choices Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Choices Gluten Free Plain Flour
- 1 beaten egg
- Salt and pepper
- Dip chicken breast in flour. Shake excess flour off. Dip in egg seasoned with salt and pepper then dip in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden then bake in oven at 180 Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Serve with fresh garden salad.
