Your access to Choices Gluten & Wheat Free’s online ordering system is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions contained in this document. By using or accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then please do not use this site.

Stock and availability

Stock levels of all products are updated regularly but are not in real time. While takes all care to ensure the accuracy of stock levels, pricing and availability, these are subject to change without notice.


While Choices Gluten & Wheat Free is committed to customer satisfaction, we cannot accept any liability for the condition of your order once it leaves our shop. While we take all reasonable care to ensure prompt and safe delivery of your order we do not accept any responsibility for damage in transit.  

If you  have any products missing from oyour order  or any other issues please contact Choices Gluten Free immediately.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the goods will be left at your front door. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not always accurate. We estimate shipping times and arrival dates based on information from our suppliers and shipping contractors. We will not be liable for inaccurate delivery times. Please ensure the telephone number you provide is valid as this will assist the Courier if delivery problems occur.


Your satisfaction is our primary concern. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Choices Gluten & Wheat Free will be replaced at no additional charge or fully refunded. Please contact us directly on (02) 9440 7445 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.00pm or on Saturday between 8.30am and 1.00pm.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.


All orders require prepayment before they will be dispatched. Please note that when paying by Credit Card or Egate your card/ account is charged when making your order.
